  Read the reviews for this place, thought Maybe it was just a few bad experiences. So I decided to buy my pool through them since he has his own dedicated installer. The pool was purchased, then came the install date (early july) and nobody had called to say they were coming, I tried calling both the store and installer but failed to get a response. I finally got a hold of them 3 days past the day it was supposed to be installed, the installer said he would be there first thing in the morning to start the job, he didn't show up until after noon. So had to take an extra day off work because he wasn't able to finish it. I think he spent more time sitting on my patio smoking cigarettes and drinking coke than he did putting the pool up. Don't get me wrong he did a good job installing the pool, it looks great, if you don't mind picking up cigarette butts all over your yard. Filled the pool and John came out to hook up the filter pump and skimmer box. Finished filling and every single thing he hooked up leaked. Took him 4 days to come back and fix it. Still had one hose that leaked and he was supposed to fix that 2 weeks ago, I got the clue that he wasn't going to show so I fixed it myself. A lot of money to be fixing stuff on your own. Nice pool but bad business.
